Dr. Abdussalam Omar is an entrepreneur, leadership coach, and branding strategist with more than 15 years of experience in building businesses, mentoring entrepreneurs, and coaching leaders across India and the GCC. He is the founder of OATHMEN®️ — The Startup Coaching Club, created to help young founders build startups with the right guidance, systems, mindset, and ecosystem support.
Over the years, he has worked with entrepreneurs, professionals, families, and organizations through initiatives such as Human Excellence Academy, TravelNGrow, Deep Immersion®️, and Business Immersion®️. His work focuses on leadership, branding, emotional intelligence, business systems, and long-term sustainable growth.
